Judy A. Garcia was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. as a child, she spent many weekends in Torreón visiting grandparents. Judy studied at the University of New Mexico where she received a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Spanish and Women’s Studies and a minor in Chicano Studies. Judyenjoys traveling, being creative and spending time with her daughter.
